The combination of rural, soothing and aromatic surroundings and comfortable life in Istria will delight all those who wish to spend their holidays surrounded by nature while enjoying the luxury of modern life. It consists of five rooms that provide accommodation for a total of 10 guests. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool, fitness center, long walks, jogging in 2 acres large garden, explore cycling trails or the gourmet delicacies of nearby agritourism, taste fine wines, and truffles.

The rooms are laid out over 3 floors. The ground floor has one room and a bathroom, a wine cellar and a lounge with a pool table. On the first floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room decorated with many vintage details that add to the charm of the villa. Also on this floor there is one toilet. On the top floor are three more rooms and two bathrooms. In Stancija, there is also one apartment with room and a bathroom.
You can enjoy beautiful view of the Istrian landscape from the terraces on first and second floors. Not only that, there is also a private pool and a well-equipped summer kitchen. Choose one of the lounges and enjoy the warm, summer days.
Stancia is fully child-friendly. Pets are welcome as well.
It is fully air-conditioned and has central heating throughout the house.
