The Stancia

This spacious authentic Istrian stone house was originally built in 1855 and recently renovated with a lot of love and attention following tradition. The combination of rural, soothing and aromatic surroundings and comfortable life in Istria will delight all those who wish to spend their holidays surrounded by nature while enjoying the luxury of modern life. It consists of five rooms that provide accommodation for a total of 10 guests. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool, fitness center, long walks, jogging in 2 acres large garden, explore cycling trails or the gourmet delicacies of nearby agritourism, taste fine wines, and truffles.
Located in the small village of Makovci and surrounded with two hectares of land covered with centuries-old forests and picturesque nature, Stancija Vigini turns into an isolated peaceful haven near Grožnjan — the city of artists. During the warm summer months, Grožnjan turns into an art mecca where you can enjoy many galleries and top music festivals such as ‘Jazz is back!’. For those who are more into film art, a few magical hills away there is the Motovun Film Festival.
